We offer training in a boutique private training studio, in our client’s home or condominium, at the work place, in a local park, or anywhere the client is most comfortable exercising. All Fit Squad Personal Trainers are fully certified by an accredited institution, and have a minimum of 2 years personal training experience. Fit Squad is continuously growing and the standards to become a member of the Fit Squad Personal Training Team are set at an extremely high level. We hire only the best.

We will not ask you to do any kind of exercise you are not capable of or do not feel comfortable with. You will be professionally guided and supervised to avoid any chance of injury. Your complimentary workout will give you an exact idea of the efficiency of our training methods while providing us with clear insight to your current fitness levels and future potential.
