Strength "I came to Thomas to improve my bench press and squat ccapacity because they were part of the fitnhess test for the natioanl Hockey team selection process...I only had 8 weeks to prepare for the test. Initially, I was only able to bench pres 135 pounds and my mamximal squat was 150 pounds.At the end, my maximal bench press went up to 190 pounds and squat to 340 pounds. I passed the fitness test portion of the try out and I am now part of the Canadian National Field Hocky training squad". - Tim Schokking
