In-depth Assessment & Strategy Session
We don’t dive right into training without a clear vision and a sound plan. We start with a strategy session and in-depth assessment that is run by our Head of Personal training and co-owner, Aldo Frixione.
It includes assessments of your body composition, strength, endurance, mobility, and movement patterns. Based on these results, your goals, past training background, training availability and preferences we assign you a coach that suits you the best.

Nutritional Guidance
If your goal is to drop body fat or build muscle, nutrition is built into the process. You can dedicate one of your PT sessions towards full nutrition consultation with your coach to get an individualized nutrition plan. Your coach will also provide you with information on specific tools and tactics to use, as well as support you via ongoing follow ups.

Personal training sessions
After that, all you need to do is show up and follow your coach’s guidance. Your coach will design and update your individualized training plan, teach you all the skills and movement techniques, educate you and answer any question along the way. All to ensure your prompt and reliable progress.

Optional solo sessions
Once you are comfortable and the coach is confident in your technique, your program will include 1 to 3 solo sessions per week, to be executed by yourself. This way, you can speed up your progress without spending more money for more personal training sessions.

3 months cycles
Every three months you meet with our Head of Personal Training to run a full assessment and strategy session again to determine the exact amount of progress you’ve achieved.
You’ll also discuss whether you want to continue to the next milestone toward the same goal, or if your priorities or circumstances have changed, we can adjust your training focus, potentially switch you to a different coach, better suited to your new goals, or help you transition to a gym membership if you feel comfortable and prefer to continue training by yourself.

Personal training starts at $130 per session as part of one of our personal training memberships. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week.

This highly depends on your current ability to handle training volume and recover properly as well as your level of experience.
For most people, we recommend to train with a coach 2 or 3 times a week to see optimal results.
As you progress your coach can program in additional solo workouts to do on your own. This ensures you get the most progress — without unnecessary extra costs.
